Klondike Jets acts as an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier, foreign direct air carrier, or aircraft operator in operational control of aircraft. All charter flights arranged through Klondike Jets are operated by properly licensed and authorized direct air carriers or foreign direct air carriers that maintain operational control of the aircraft and flight.
In accordance with 14 CFR Part 295, Klondike Jets provides required charter broker disclosures before entering into a contract for a specific charter flight or series of charter flights. These disclosures include, where applicable, the identity of the direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft, the capacity in which Klondike Jets is acting, and the existence or absence of broker-held liability insurance covering the charterer, passengers, and property.
Upon request, Klondike Jets will also disclose additional information required under 14 CFR Part 295, including applicable cost information, known third-party fees for which the charterer may be responsible, and any relevant business relationship that may bear on the selection of the operating air carrier.
